The company has implemented an energy management system within the company since the year 2013, recognizing that energy conservation is important and the responsibility of every employee. This is to promote efficient energy use and maximize benefits. The company has established energy conservation policies as follows:
1. The company will develop and implement an appropriate energy management system, incorporating energy conservation as part of its operations, to reduce energy consumption and production costs, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. The company will continuously and appropriately improve the efficiency of energy resource utilization by setting a target to reduce energy consumption by 1% per unit.
3. The company will set energy conservation plans and goals each year and effectively communicate them to all employees for proper understanding and implementation.
4. The company considers energy conservation as a shared responsibility of owners, management, and employees. They are required to collaborate and adhere to the designated measures, with monitoring, inspection, and reporting to the energy management team.
5. The company will support necessary resources, including personnel, budget, working time, training, and participation in presenting ideas to develop energy-related work.
6. The management and energy management team will review and improve energy policies, objectives, and operational plans annually.
